Our menus
The Téséo Restaurant offers guests both continental and buffet breakfast options. Selections offered for your enjoyment include fresh croissant, scrambled eggs, pancakes and waffles, delicatessen meats and cheeses, and fresh fruits. Our own poultry chipolata sausages are always a favorite, and we offer an array of homemade hot drinks to accompany your meal in Geneva. Our Chef’s signature lunch and dinner dishes include his declination of homemade smoked salmon from our own Smoke House, tartar of smoked salmon, beef tartar and perch fillets – a classic Swiss dish.
